Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my item(s)?

It will take up to one week for processing and manufacturing handmade items or custom prints. This process excludes original artwork and prints which are ready to ship within 3-5 days from the time of placing your order. Please note that any orders placed on a Friday will be counted towards the following week. Delivery times will vary depending on your locations and chosen shipping method. You will receive a email from me when your order has shipped. (Please contact me directly for rush orders)

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping is calculated at checkout and will be based on size of the item along with the chosen shipping method. We ship all items through USPS and follow their standard shipping rates with our small packaging fee of $1-$2.   

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer international shipping. The cost is calculated at checkout following USPS standard international shipping rates and our fee for packaging is waived with all internationally shipped items.

I cannot find or did not receive a shipping confirmation email.

Please check your junk mail folder to make sure the email hasn’t landed in there by mistake but if you cannot find the email or have lost it please get in touch with us at and we’ll be happy to help.


Who do I contact about a lost or damaged item?

Please keep all original packaging as they may be needed for insurance investigation purposes. Under Contact you can write about your lost or damaged item or contact me directly at Please provide images if possible and I will get back to you with the next steps. 

I haven't received my order yet, where is it?

If you have been waiting to receive your order longer than 7 business days in the USA or longer than 20 business days internationally please contact us at and we will be able to help.

What is the process for returns?

If you are not completely satisfied, email me at to arrange a return within 30 days. Please note that the original packaging must be returned as well in order to receive a full refund, shipping on all returns are not covered, and any custom items are non-refundable. Once the item is in our possession and has been examined for damages or missing items, then will you receive a full or partial refund.

Can I order in bulk?

Yes, you can order in bulk! To place a bulk order it must be for a minimum quantity of 10 to the maximum of 50 for a single listing (this excludes original artwork.) Under Contact please send a message with the item(s) name, the quantity, and date-needed-by or contact me directly at with your request. Once your request has been approved and a due-by date has been agreed upon,  you will receive an invoice of 50% of the total cost to start production and the remaining amount will be required prior to shipping. The standard shipping rate and fees apply for bulk orders. Please not that production time for bulk orders will always vary.
